0

Let’s read the Millionaire Success Habits by Dean Robert Graziosi. In this book, we review the six habits of millionaires that help regulate your mental state & confidence, efficiently spend your time, and narrate your life story and future goals.

1Act more intentionally and stick to your goals by identifying what truly motivates you.  Understand what drives you and what you are looking towards by rediscovering what motivates and drives you. Ask yourself the “7 Whys” for what you want!

  1. I want to have a clinic; why?
  2. To have a personal source of income, Why?
  3. To make more money, Why?
  4. To be stable, Why?
  5. To prove that I am not a failure, Why?
  6. Because I can never win; why?
  7. Because …… I don’t know…..
2Overcome the opposing forces within you that are holding you back. This means learning to mute the voices that state you will fail or lose and completely ignore them.

NO MORE SELF DOUBT

This includes advice from people who aren’t qualified to give advice that tends to tell you to play it safe, which is a dream-stealing term. Screw it and do it. This can be done by Accepting Advice from successful people in the field you are trying to succeed in and following your instincts.

3Adopt practices that help the best version of yourself to shine. We all have a personal version of ourselves that is successful, confident, and a winner. This can be done by:

  • Fake it, Act it, and make it a habit to show traits of success ( attitude, posture, and body language); once you adopt it, it will become you!
  • Positively talk about yourself; instead of saying ( I am stressed from so much work), state ( I am gaining so much experience.  that will help my career)
  • Surround yourself with successful people; Successful In the field, you are trying to exceed.

Fake it till you make it, be positive, and surround yourself with winners

4You are what you tell yourself you are. The narrative of your life story defines how you act if you see your reel of life as setbacks and failures and state why you will constantly believe that you will always live a life of setbacks and failures and instepate them constantly! You should change the narrative of how and why you became who you are and groom the story to push you to success. I used to think that my success was limited to my education and I couldn’t succeed due to its lack; I have recently changed how I tell my success, and that it’s related to how dedicated I am and passionate about it. This is my Story now:

  • School taught me to be proud of myself and be myself.
  • University taught me education Vs relationships and the basics of social interactions.
  • King Fahad Hospital: Taught me to avoid relationships at work.
  • Ahmed Hashem Center: Taught me to stand my ground based on my beliefs.
  • Kingdom of Smile: Taught me the importance of marketing and letting go of my past.
  • Al-Fahim Medical Center: Taught me the importance of never giving up.
  • Health Line Medical Center: Taught me Work Confidence.
  • Mohamed Eltayeb Training Institute: Taught me to listen, the importance of the “benefit of the doubt,” and the strength of motivation.
  • AlNoon Collection: It taught me to understand the value of my time; now my work time is 30 mins, which should make me 500 AED, or else I won’t waste my time.
  • Creative Dental Center: It made me proud of my work dedication and understand the importance of patient satisfaction. It also taught me the importance of protecting yourself legally, as all patients’ intentions are unclear.
  • Heathway Medical Center:  It taught me the importance of investing in marketing.
  • Emirates Jordanian Medical Center: It taught me not to fear to change and that success will follow as long as my work is excellent ( I started to work commission only ).
  • Bani Yas Clinics:  Taught me to understand my end goal and strengths. I will take this clinic when he retires!
5Maximize the return on your time by cutting out unproductive work. Understanding how to efficiently use your time to be more productive ( not working harder and longer). Understand your time value and concentrate on skills that make more money. Learn to delegate, which makes no money, and focus on what makes money and satisfied.

Create a Not-To-Do list to remove activities that waste time and don’t produce much value.

6Transcend your inhibitions by cultivating your confidence. This can be done via the 4 C’s:

  • Courage: Have the courage to leave your comfort zone and jump into uncharted territories.
  • Commitment: The commitment to see till the end, never giving up or settling halfway through!
  • Capability: Our current skills and the ability to learn the skills needed in your field, So understand what your field needs to be an expert!
  • Confidence: This will shine once all three are achieved

CONFIDENCE IS KEY; with it your inhibitions and self-doubt die!

Another way to boost confidence is to know your success and achievement and be proud of it! This is critical as we tend to dwell on our failures more and quickly forget our accomplishments.
