So its been exactly 3 months since I started at the position of dental manager, I got to say the environment is toxic, the motivation and passion of the current staff have died out long before I came.
It’s my goal to motivate and encourage the staff to go beyond the call of duty, it’s a shame that the Dentist doesn’t seem motivated to improve the current issues.
The first step I did was create a weekly staff meeting to face the current situations.
I need to find how to ignite the passion within the staff, it’s difficult as long as all staff doesn’t like the current Managment.
